A true legend of the game of golf, Tom Watson brings poise, sophistication and
charisma to the sport. Watson has won eight major championships – including five
British Open victories, two wins at The Masters and, arguably the most dramatic
U.S. Open victory in history. He also has 39 PGA Tour wins, 14 additional wins world
wide and 14 wins on The Champions Tour, six of them majors. Watson was inducted
into the World Golf Hall of Fame in 1988.
Hilary Watson grew up in Rhodesia, now Zimbabwe. She represented her country
in track, but horses were her passion. She show jumped and played Polo. She is
a cancer survivor who is fighting for her life in Houston, while undergoing cancer
therapy. Her commitment to helping others while going through her own treatment
is a true inspiration
Dr. Amy Gunter
Dr. Gunter’s mother’s ordeal with breast cancer solidified her dedication to the
surgical treatments of diseases of the breast. Dr. Gunter completed her surgical
residency at Scott & White hospital in Temple, Texas. Her practice is in Weatherford
and Fort Worth, Texas. A Careity partner and medical advisory board member,
Gunter provides surgery to many Careity patients. The team of Dr. Gunter and
Bob Kingsley were the 2016 Careity Celebrity Cutting champions.
